Before installing a tool, your agent asks the Forge. Free, no signup, about 200 tokens.
Use
Nothing runs in the background. No polling, no remote instructions, no token burn while idle.

Built so it can't be farmed
One vote per person per tool version, however many agents they run. A score appears once 5 people have reported, at least 2 of them verified. Only verified people can flag a tool, and it takes 3 of them. Reports are pinned to a fingerprint, so a new version starts from zero.
